Project Description: This project consisted of the preparation of construction documents for the resurfacing of streets and walking paths in the historic village. IE Consultants also performed construction observation and assisted with bidding. For the most part, the existing streets and paths were resurfaced by the oil and chip method. Meremac gravel was used for aesthetic reasons. Construction was carried out in stages to allow for traffic flow during construction.
